Service 01 of 05 — Web development

Websites that load fast and make sense.

Marketing sites, landing pages and online stores — designed around what a visitor needs to decide, and built so you can update them without calling me.

One builder

You talk to the person writing the code, not an account manager.

No handoffs mid-project.

Scope first

Written scope and price before work starts. Changes are priced before they are built.

No surprise invoices.

Your accounts

Domain, hosting, repositories and model keys stay in your name.

Everything is handed over.

After launch

A fix window is agreed in writing, with a maintenance option if you want one.

I do not disappear at go-live.

Scope

What this covers.

Most business sites fail for boring reasons: the offer is buried, the pages are slow, the form goes nowhere, and nobody can edit it after launch. This service fixes those things in that order.

01

Marketing sites

Pages that explain what you do, who it is for and what happens next. Structure, design, build and deployment, with the copy layout worked out before the build.

  • Structure
  • Copy layout
  • SEO basics
02

Landing pages

One offer, one action. A focused page with a form that reaches your inbox, a clear thank-you state and analytics that show where people stopped.

  • Single offer
  • Forms
  • Analytics
03

Online stores

Catalogue, variants, cart, payments, shipping and order emails — on Shopify or WooCommerce where they fit, custom where they genuinely do not.

  • Catalogue
  • Payments
  • Orders
04

Redesigns & fixes

Rebuilds of slow or dated sites, mobile fixes, Core Web Vitals cleanup and migrations that keep existing URLs working.

  • Rebuild
  • Migration

How it runs

Four steps, no mystery.

The same sequence on every project. You always know what is being built, what it costs and what happens next.

01

Scope

We list the pages, integrations, content and who writes it. You get a written scope, a price and a dated plan.

02

Design

Layouts built in the browser, not a static mockup you have to imagine. One direction, refined with your feedback.

03

Build

Responsive build, forms tested end to end, metadata, sitemap and analytics. A staging link you can click through.

04

Launch

DNS, redirects, Search Console, handover. You leave with the accounts, the code and a short guide.

Deliverables

What you get, and what I need.

No vague handover. The list on the left is what leaves my hands; the list on the right is what I need from yours to make it happen.

What you get

  • A responsive site tested at real phone, tablet and desktop widths
  • Forms that deliver to your inbox, with a visible fallback if the endpoint fails
  • Page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemap and Open Graph cards
  • Analytics and Search Console set up under your account
  • Source code, hosting and domain in your name
  • A written fix window for anything I built

What I need from you

  • Your copy, or a decision on who writes it
  • Logo and any brand files you already have
  • Access to your domain and hosting, or help buying them
  • One decision-maker for feedback, so edits do not loop
  • Product photos, or a plan for a shoot

Straight answers

What I won't promise.

Most studios sell certainty they cannot deliver. These are the claims I will not make, and what I do instead.

If any of these matter to you, say so on the call.

  • 01
A #1 ranking on Google.I build for crawlability, speed and clear structure. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position.
  • 02
A fixed price before the scope is written. You get a number once the pages, integrations and content are listed — not a guess on the first call.
  • 03
That a new site alone will double your sales.A site removes friction. Demand, offer and follow-up still decide how much you sell.
  • 04
Unlimited revisions.Revisions are capped in the written quote. Beyond that, a change is priced before I build it.
